This policy applies to the £37 personalised report, the £15 citation recommendations add-on, and the £50 Basic AI-Ready Website build. Our services are sold to businesses only (see Terms & Conditions §2), and this policy applies to business customers. The consumer 14-day cancellation right does not apply; this policy explains what we do instead. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions.
The free scan and free report cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
If, after a successful payment, we are unable to generate your report or website, or it is not delivered, contact us by replying to any email from us. We will retry. If we still cannot deliver the item you paid for, we will refund the amount you paid for that item in full.
If a delivered report or website build is not as described, or contains a clear defect on our side (for example, it was generated for the wrong website because of a fault on our side), tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a corrected report or website build, or refund the amount paid for that item, as appropriate.
If you are charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment in full. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, contact us straight away, before you open or use the deliverable, and we will consider a refund.
Every paid order is generated specifically for you and delivered automatically, normally within a few minutes. Before you can pay, you are asked to confirm that you are buying for business purposes and to agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and this Refund Policy (see Terms & Conditions §7 for the exact wording). Once your report, add-on or website has been generated, it is normally non-refundable, and a change-of-mind refund is not available for that item. This does not affect your right to a refund or correction under sections 2, 3 and 4 above, or any right that cannot be excluded by law.
As set out in the Terms, Made AI Ready provides automated analysis and recommendations. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, AI mentions, directory acceptance, traffic or sales, and a refund is not available on the basis that a recommended change did not produce a particular result.
Approved refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method and are initiated within 5 business days. After we initiate a refund, your bank or card issuer may take additional time, and may apply its own currency conversion, to credit it to your account.
Reply to any email from Made AI Ready, or email myreport@madeaiready.com, with your order reference (shown on the thank-you page and in your confirmation) and a short description of the problem.
