Terms & Conditions

Version: 23 September 2026 · Last updated: 23 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Made AI Ready website (madeaiready.com) and the services offered on it. By running a scan, submitting your email, or buying a report or website build, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Made AI Ready is operated by Grant Steven Deller, trading as Made AI Ready. Made AI Ready is a sole trader business — it is not a limited company, an incorporated company or a separate legal entity — and does not have a company registration number. Made AI Ready is not VAT registered. Our business correspondence address (not a registered office) is Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom. Contact: myreport@madeaiready.com, 020 3813 0096.

2. Who these terms are for

Our services are for businesses only. When you place an order you confirm that you are buying for the purposes of your business, trade or profession, and not as a consumer, and that you are authorised to buy on behalf of that business (or, if you are a sole trader, on your own behalf for your business).

If you are not buying for business purposes, please do not place an order — contact us instead. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. What we provide

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are one-off charges. There is no subscription. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added; if you are required to account for any tax on your purchase in your own country, that is your responsibility.

4. What we do not promise

Made AI Ready provides automated website analysis and recommendations. It does not guarantee, and you should not rely on it as a guarantee of:

AI systems, search engines and directories are operated by third parties and change their behaviour without notice. Our reports and website builds are produced with the help of AI and are generated automatically, so they can contain errors or omissions. They reflect our automated assessment at the time they are generated.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Ordering, payment and delivery

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. A contract for a paid item is formed when your payment succeeds and we begin generating your order. Every paid order is generated automatically by software and delivered electronically — normally within a few minutes of a successful payment, though more detailed reports can occasionally take a little longer. If your order has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder and allow up to 15 minutes before contacting support by replying to any email from us.

If we are unable to generate or deliver your order, we will retry; if it still cannot be delivered, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that item (see the Refund Policy).

7. Business purchases, immediate delivery and refunds

Every paid order is generated for you and delivered immediately. Before you can pay, you are asked to tick two separate required boxes. The first confirms you are buying for business purposes (see section 2). The second reads:

"I agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (version 23 September 2026). I understand my order is generated and delivered instantly and is normally non-refundable once generated, except as set out in the Refund Policy."

We cannot start your order without both. As a business customer you do not have a statutory "cooling-off" right to cancel for a change of mind. Reports, add-ons and website builds are normally non-refundable once generated, except where the item is not delivered or is faulty, or where a refund is otherwise required by law. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the refunds we give — including if we do not deliver, if the item is faulty or materially not as described, or if you are charged twice.

8. Intellectual property

9. Our liability

9.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9.2 Subject to 9.1, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, for loss of search ranking, citations, traffic or enquiries, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service or reliance on a report or website build.

9.3 Subject to 9.1, our total liability to you for all claims connected with an order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9.4 We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties about our automated output, and the free scan is provided "as is".

10. Personal data

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you give us personal data about other people (for example, staff contact details for a website build), you confirm you are entitled to do so.

11. Suspension

We may refuse or suspend service if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, or if an order or scan is submitted without authority. If we refuse an order after you have paid, we will refund it.

12. Changes, and which version applies to your order

We may update these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy from time to time. Each is dated with its version at the top of the page. The version in force when you complete your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase; later changes do not apply to purchases already made. The version you accepted is recorded with your order and shown in your order delivery email, and we keep a copy of each version, which we will send you on request.

13. General

These terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between us about the service. You may not transfer your rights under them without our written consent. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues. Only you and we have rights under this agreement (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999). Neither of us is in breach for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services. We may give you notice by email to the address you gave us.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
